Help Desk Technician Tier I

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking, as well as providing technical assistance to internal staff and external clients. Working with senior team members, they analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, while maintaining clear documentation for each support ticket. Additionally, the specialist participates in projects such as product demos and presentations, and collaborates with vendor support to escalate complex issues.

Help Desk Technician Tier II

The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support, quickly troubleshooting and investigating issues for clients. They manage the support ticket queue, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met to maintain client satisfaction. Additionally, the technician handles hardware and software repairs, works as a liaison with third-party vendors, and installs hardware and software while monitoring backups to ensure the smooth operation of environments.

Field Technician

The Field Technician provides technical support to clients both remotely and on-site, providing effective solutions to IT problems. Configures, maintains and monitors network infrastructure and equipment, including servers, routers, firewalls and user devices, following performance and security best practices. Manages backup systems and disaster recovery plans.
